01/04/10 - New Solar lighting for home and recreation use released. New solar home kit sets up in minutes. Light for 4 hours using 2-2W LED lights or 8 hours with 1-2W LED. Also released is a new self contained solar courtyard light, ideal for entrances, garden, and camping. Up to 12 hours of light with automatic hi mode when sensing movement.

10/15/09 - AE LIGHT releases AE PI in ROSE & BLUE. After many requests from women, AE LIGHT decided to offer new style colored flashlights with the same power as the standard tactical PI's

5/6/09 - NEW improved lamps for Xenide AEX20 & AEX25  available soon. These new lamps are lower in Kelvin color temperature with a 30% increase in lumen output. They are a direct replacement for the stock 6K lamps. Available late June. Lamps for our other ballasts will follow shortly.

4/15/09 - NEW compact 15W, 20W & 25W 12VDC cyclindrical ballasts. These new ballasts are ideal for portable lighting & off road vehicle applications. Featuring integrated starter and patented lamp socket for ease of housing design. Go to the Ballast section for details

3/15/09 - NEW 70/50W AC lamp in D2C70W/4300K and D2C70W/6000K available. These lamps are  true 70W and are capable of stable operation down to 50W. Lamp base fits standard D2S & D2R style sockets. Ballasts are available in 12VDC & 24VDC with new desgns in the works. See Lamp section for additional details

3/06/09 - AE Light announced development of a new CSWL. Producing 7000 lumens at 70W with a run time of 3+ hours. Features include Hi/Low adjustable beam, 12/24VDC operation, IR capable, & immobilization pulse system. A commercial version scheduled to be available mid 2010.
